We ship Australia wide. All orders come with tracking and require signature on delivery

Please allow an extra 2-3 business days on top of shipping estimates for order processing

Standard - $8.95

Please note that deliver times may vary during festive periods and public holidays and delivery times may be longer. If you have not received your delivery within 14 working days, please contact us.



Please note we do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind purchases however we happily exchange for incorrectly supplied products if a product is unopened, undamaged and in its original condition.

In the unlikely case that an item has come damaged or if we've sent you an incorrect item, please email us at info@leobeauty.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order and send us an image of the damaged/incorrect product and your order invoice next to it.


Please do no discard any packaging or products as we are only able to issue replacements or refunds if there is evidence and if we receive the incorrect product back in its original packaging

Postage associated with returns is the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping of an exchange item is also at the customers expense.

All refunds will be store credit only.


Tracking Your Order


Once your order is packed and is shipped out, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel with Australia Post. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracing status to change.

If you are not home at the time of delivery you will be left a card and your parcel will be taken to your local Australia Post.
