Returns Policy

Please note we do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind purchases however we happily exchange for incorrectly supplied products if a product is unopened, undamaged and in its original condition.

In the unlikely case that an item has come damaged or if we've sent you an incorrect item, please email us at mary@baddiecosmetics.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order and send us an image of the damaged/incorrect product and your order invoice next to it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. If you are approved, then your credit will be processed minus postage costs.

Please do no discard any packaging or products as we are only able to issue replacements or refunds if there is evidence and if we receive the incorrect product back in its original packaging

Postage associated with returns is the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping of an exchange item is also at the customers expense.

If a product has been opened, used and or tested and is not faulty, a credit note or exchange cannot be given. 

Please note: For hygienic reasons we do not accept returns on opened and used/tested products.

All refunds will be store credit only.

Product Swatches - we strongly recommend that you search for product images or swatches online before making a final decision on colour.  We use the manufacturers professional product images and swatches and they are not always 100% accurate.

All products being returned must be securely packed to ensure the package is fully protected. Baddie Cosmetics will not be responsible for packaging negligence and are unable to process returns if stock was damaged in transit back to us unless the item/s being returned was originally damaged. 


How do customers return items?

Contact us to request a product return and/or refund and whether your items are eligible or not.
Pack and seal the item/s in their original shipping package and post it back to us.
Provided that we receive the products in their original UNUSED and UNOPENED condition, we will arrange for the original purchase price (excluding the original delivery fee) to be credited. Please allow up to 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods for the return to be processed.

If your parcel is returned to our office due to the supply of incorrect address, or it has not been collected from your local post office in time and returned to us, the customer is liable for any re postage fees and your Post Office will only hold your parcel for 10 business days. It will then be returned to our office.

 

AFTERPAY RETURNS

If you wish to return your goods, complete the online returns process as per the normal returns policy – if eligible for a refund, your initial payment will be returned in full and the remaining payments cancelled at no charge.

No exchanges can be made on Afterpay purchases. If you make a return, you will be issued with a refund for payments made and have the remaining payments cancelled. You can then purchase your preferred products after.

When you link your Afterpay account to a debit or credit card, please be aware that standard fees and charges may be applicable. Please refer to your card issuer’s terms and conditions for full details.
