We use Express and Standard International through Australia Post to ship products purchased from this website. All orders come with tracking. For further information about delivery to your location, please visit the Australia Post website.
Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. For information about customs policies that apply in your country please contact your local customs office. Any additional charges for customs clearance, import duties or local taxes are to be borne by the customer. We do not take any responsibility for these charges and have no control over what they may be. Please note we are unable to reimburse any costs incurred in relation to those matters and do not accept any responsibility for delays as a result, regardless of the circumstances.
Various websites have been set up to assist with calculating import duties and local taxes, such as www.dutycalculator.com. Please note that these are Third Party Websites and we cannot make any guarantees about the accuracy of the calculators on those websites.
All orders are processed Monday to Friday and sent out to Australia Post within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on public holidays and on the weekend will be sent off on the next business day.
Note: During our busy periods, please allow up to 2 business days for order processing and to receive your tracking information.

Tracking your order
Once your order is packed and is shipped out, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel with Australia Post.
If you are not home at the time of delivery you will be left a card and your parcel will be taken to your local Australia Post.

Orders damaged or lost during transit
We make sure to package your products well and we always check them for damage before we ship them out so in the odd chance that your order arrives damaged, you'll be able to file a claim with Australia post to get your money back as we are unable to provide a refund for products damaged in transit or lost by them. We purchase extra cover for all orders over $100 AUD so if anything arrives damaged, you can take the product, packaging as well the shipping slip to the post office and file a claim.
Please also contact us if your order has not arrived within 3 days after the estimated delivery date and we will contact Australia post to start an investigation.
Please note that we are unable to do anything if an item breaks or is lost during transit to New Zealand as it is out of our hands once we dispatch your order. Thank you for understanding
Returns and Change of Mind
Please note we do not offer exchanges for change of mind purchases unless you contact us before your order has been packaged or shipped out.
If you wish to cancel your order, we are able to do so except we are unable to refund you the shipping fees if your order has already been packaged and is ready to be dispatched
